Our Psychiatry Concentration Residents
We are very pleased to welcome Stacy to Jersey Shore University Medical Center! She attended St. George’s University School of Medicine after she graduated from the University of the West Indies. Stacy’s passion for caring for those in need came in high school when she volunteered at an orphanage where she listened and provided peer support to abandoned children. This passion led Stacy to medical school and an initial career in emergency medicine in her country of birth, Trinidad and Tobago. After a fortuitous chain of events, Stacy relocated to the United States where she believes that developing her skills as a psychiatrist is where she can best help those in need. Stacy enjoys working with children and has a strong interest in child and adolescent psychiatry. She is also currently working on a project on resident well-being. Welcome, Stacy!
