Rehabilitation Services
Rehabilitation is an area of health care which is dedicated to improving the quality of life and functional status of an individual who has difficulty with daily activities due to an injury or illness. The Rehabilitation Services Department includes: Audiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Speech Pathology. Our skilled licensed professionals work closely with the individual, their family, and physician to assist in the recovery process. Individualized treatment plans are designed to maximize and assist you in returning to your previous level of function.
To meet the needs of our younger patients we offer a specialized pediatric rehabilitation program through K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
