Drs. Christopher Fabricant and Ellen Conner are deeply committed to the care of women with complex benign pelvic disorders. They provide specialized care to women with problems of the lower urinary track, incontinence, pelvic relaxation, anal-rectal disorders, and geriatric gynecologic diseases.

They offer pharmacologic management, behavior management options, surgical management and alternative therapies. Sonia Tavaska, RN, BSN is the office nurse and patient educator.

Office evaluation and procedures include:

• Biofeedback and pessaries
• Botox treatments for bladder dysfunction and vaginismus
• Cystoscopy
• Urodynamics
• Ano-rectal manometry
• Endoluminal transvaginal sonography
• Team assessments with social workers, nutritionists, and physical therapy to optimize recovery

Surgical expertise includes:

• Pelvic reconstructive surgery
• Vaginal hysterectomy
• Incontinence procedures with restoration of pelvic defects
• Mid-urethral sling with TVT and Prolift
• Trans-obturator slings
• Sacral neuromodulation (Interstim)
• Fistula repair
• Treatment after failed primary procedures
• Repair of recurrences after prior surgery repairs
