Make a direct impact in the lives of our patients today.

It takes the generosity of the entire community to provide the philanthropic support necessary to advance and enhance Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Some of our 2011 fundraising priorities are:

Expansion of K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital

• With 94 Pediatric Specialists, we now have more children than ever coming to our hospital for care and treatment. To meet this need, we are expanding from 30 to 44 beds to accommodate our pediatric patients and their families.

Build a new Cardiac Thoracic Intensive Care Unit

• With Monmouth and Ocean Counties' most complete, most coordinated heart and vascular program: Meridian CardioVascular Network at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, maintaining the best ICU in the area is part of our commitment to excellence.

Wish Granted!

Thanks to the Kaleidoscope for Hope Foundation, one of Jersey Shore's wish list items has been purchased and it already is benefiting patients!  

The Kaleidoscope for Hope Foundation funded a Patient Comfort Cart that is wheeled through the inpatient and outpatient oncology units providing them items such as DVD's, music, neck pillows, puzzles, journals, lap blankets, worry/comfort stones, and lip balm to help provide both physical and emotional support for patients.
