The staff at the Jane H. Booker Family Health Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center provide comprehensive and compassionate care in a friendly outpatient setting. Our team approach allows patients to meet their health needs with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, nutritionists and patient educators.
